KVKK Privacy Notice
In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with the Umrah travel services offered via hicretyolu.com.tr.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by the hicretyolu.com.tr platform and the travel agency handling your booking, acting as data controllers.
2. Personal Data Processed
Identity data (first name, last name, date of birth), passport details, contact details (email, phone), booking and payment tracking data, and documents you submit.
3. Purposes of Processing
Planning and providing Umrah travel services, managing bookings and capacity, handling visa procedures, tracking payments, fulfilling legal obligations and — subject to your consent — sending notifications via email or WhatsApp.
4. Data Sharing
Your data may be shared, to the extent required by the service, with the agency handling your booking, with competent authorities for visa procedures, and with public institutions where legally required. Your data is stored encrypted.
5. Retention Period
Your data is retained for the periods prescribed by applicable law and is deleted or anonymised thereafter.
6. Your Rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to its processing, and to claim compensation in case of damage.
